However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied  on your order or you received a defective item, please contact us at Pampaswild@gmail.comalong with details and photos of the product and the defect in order to receive a replacement.

Returns: We do not accept returns. Due to the fragile nature of our products all sales are considered final. Please acknowledge all of the above before making an order.
